So Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock is out. I'm tired of the Guitar Hero franchise. Unlike Rock Band, each disc stands alone, you can't export and maintain a master library. Disc swapping on a rock band night sucks balls. But as usual they have a few songs you wish you had. For example:
A PERFECT CIRCLE - THE OUTSIDER
DIRE STRAITS - MONEY FOR NOTHING
WHITE STRIPES - SEVEN NATION ARMY
But is it worth $70 and a disc swap for three songs that will probably end up on Rock Band at some point anyway? Yeh I want THE OUTSIDER. Fuck it. But Guitar Hero's disc only playlist shits me.

Three more tracks announced - New Order!

So the first batch of titles have been announced for Rock Band 3. Big news is that the game supports real instruments - well sort of. A keyboard (which can also be used as a MIDI keyboard) and a 'pro' guitar which teaches you to play the real thing. Keyboard...Aha's Take on Me???
Included tracks announced (about 60 to come).
Looking forward to this - just got to get a bunch of Guitar Hero songs over to Rock Band, like TOOL, APC, KISS and some Nirvana tracks and Rock Band will rule. With the ability to import everything into Rock Band 3 (inc Green Day Rock Band) and the ability to create and save playlists it would nice not to have to swap a disc out every again.
